Is There A Way To Keep My Blood Pressure In Check?

I had triple bypass heart surgery and two bypasses failed. I was put on diltiazem to help two laterials that grew is my heart to the closed area.I have been on it for a year or so and now I am so weak that I can hardly walk, and other symptoms. I spend most of my time in bed. I can t exercise because I am too weak. I chose to stop taking the medication and I am feeling so much better. I haven t told my cardiologist yet. I am watching my blood pressure closely and so far no problems. Is there a natural substance to keep my blood pressure in check? (Age 71 female)

hello madam..
i can understand your problem..
dilzem actually has multiple functions..
it prevents heart from going into failure,
decreases BP
prevents abnormal rhythms..
i mean to say it is not only meant for BP
i don't exactly know abut your heart as the reports are not uploaded..
meet your doctor and explain the problem he would adjust the dose or advise another drug..
hope this helps you..
take care..
