Is There An Alternate Medication To Ambien For Sleeplessness?

I have been taking ambien now for the past ten years and it has worked well until the last year or so, Is there a better medication that ill allow me to sleep? Something stronger maybe? I am currently chronically disabled and ill so it does not mtter about the addiction effect of the drug.

Ambient means zolpidem is the best drug today available with no addiction of drug.
It has no dependence.still now your sleep getting disrupted,so increase dose of zolpidem.take milk while sleeping.mostly it will effective.
Ya another strong drug available for insomnia that is alpazolam which is very effective but its disadvantage is having dependence effect.
