Is There Any Abnormal Things In My Semen Analysis Report ?

Hi, my age is: 34, Male, my total sperm count is 40M, Active Motility:32.7%, Sluggish Motility:5%, Non-progressive 4%, Immotile 58.3% and Morphological assessment 9% Normal, pH 8.5. Actually I am a software engineer. we have been trying for a baby from last two years, but my wife is not getting pregancy. what is the percentage of chances for my wife to get pregrant.

Dear friend
According to this report of semen analysis morphologically normal sperms are less than normal(9% in your case)which should be more than 30%(according to strict criteria >14%).As of now u should get your semen analysis repeated from a standard laboratory takin all necessary precautions.If in next report also percentage of morphologically normal sperms are low,u should go for intrauterine insemination(IUI) because chances of natural conception is low.Morphologically normal sperms r very important for natural fertilization.Get your wife investigated from a gynecologist for presence of associated infertility factors if any.All d best .
