Welcome to Healthcare Magic Forum
You have sinusitis and Deviated Nasal Septum. Sinusitis is an infection of the nasal/paranasal sunusis, seen as chronic & recurrent cold, sneezing, thick/foul nasal dischrge, headache and sometimes vertigo also.
Devaited Nasal Septum , means the cartilage (bridge) of your nose is not aligned vertically straight. Causing nasal block and thus choronic cold etc. Depending on the sinus /sinuses blocked, headache is seen on that affected part.
Mild DNS does not required surgery. If its prominent, then you can go for surgery.
ALso you can try HOMEOPATHY , safely for sinusitis, allergic rhinitis etc.
Surgery should be sought of if medication fails or if there no medical treatmene available for a certain illness.

There are various reasons for Unilateral headache, migraine or deviated nasal septum can be one of them. If the CT scan of your paranasal sinuses say there are no features of sinusitis, that means there is absolutely no sinus problem. Then it can be a deviated septum or migraine. Better you consult a neurologist also. Any more doubts you are welcome.
Take care
