OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Deviry is medroxyprogesterone acetate, which is known to cause adverse effects on the fetus, if taken in early pregnancy.
However, the risk of adverse effects on the fetus is not100%, hence you should get a detailed anomaly ultrasound at 18-20 weeks to detect any anomaly in the fetus, and further management should be done accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
