Is There Any Chance Of Having Pre-eclampsia During Pregnancy?

Im 36 weeks pregnant and was having shared care due to my previous pregnancy having pre-ecampsia a few days past my due date, today my consultant discharged me saying everything was ok and the the community midiwives can carry on with my care, I'm abit worried as I was ok with my previous pregnancy at this point it wasnt until 8 days over my due date i developed pre-ecampsia. Should I have been discharged at this point?

Hi, Thanks for asking,

You have to keep in touch with your community nurse in case you develop headace, swelling of your ankles and if your B.P. is higher than 130/85.
