i have undergone phaco virectomy and sf6 injection due to fall of lense in ac my vision has not improved till 6/24

The improvement of vision up to 6/24 in your age and diabetic condition is good vision. With injection slight improvement of vision is expected.In your case efforts should be made to mantain this vision
