i had a baby boy january 17 2012 amd when i did my 6 week checkup i got the merina iud put in. well everything was great and i was having my period the 13th of every month until sept. my last period was aug and i havent had one since. now i am feeling exactly how i felt when i got pregnant. headaches, lower back pain, tender breast, constipation, heartburn, sick at random times through the day, and slight movement in my lower abdomial area... oh and three days ago i started lactating... when i took a pregnancy test over a week ago and it was negitive but now my sympthoms are worse... am i pregnant... what should i do since i have the iud insert??? please help

As per your history, as your last UPT test was negative, kindly repeat test after 8 to 10 days, in between you can do ultrasound abdomen and pelvis for confirmation after gynecologist consultation.
