Is There Any Chance Of Pregnancy?

Hi - Wondering if it's possible that I could be pregnant: Am 2 days late on my period, have been cramping for the past 10 days (pretty bad cramps, pressure and some twinges), have been very tired and have had nausea on and off. Just took a pregnancy test and it came back negative. Could I still be pregnant?

Hi,
Thanks for consulting us.
Yes, possibility of pregnancy is still there as you missed your period & urine pregnancy test can be falsely negative. As the cramping is sever so it would be better to exclude the possibility of an ectopic pregnancy.
I think you should have a trans-vaginal ultrasound & a blood pregnancy test. These tests are likely to give us valuable & certain information regarding your pregnant status or any other pelvic pathology.
Wish you good health.
Take care.
