Is There Any Chances For Survival Of The Fetus With Inadequate Growth?

I have abn gestational sac, fetal bradycardia at 60 bpm and inadequate growth. have u/s in 1 week f/u doc visit to discuss possible d & c, I know percentage is high that I will miscarry or have to go through with d & c. Hi,
I am sorry to see that all is not well with your pregnancy. In the current scenario, it is not the heart rate but the growth of the fetal pole and the gestation sac that is more important and relates to the health of the pregnancy and helps to decide whether to continue or abort. Review with another trans-vaginal sonogram after another week may be coupled with serial titres of serum beta-hCG; doubling titres every 2-3 weeks are observed if the pregnancy is progressing well. Otherwise, there is a steady decline in the values. Hope this helps. Wish you good luck.
