Is There Any Chances Of Getting Heart Attack While Smoking?

can u have a heart attack if u try to smoke weed and have a slight heart murmur my friend had transpostion of the great arteries when she was born but got it fixed..but now she just has a slight heart murmur and wants to try to smoke weed?..will she have a heart attack or anythingg?

Is she mad or what??she will be puttong herself into too much of risk to lose her life..dont allow her to do this..you never know what the state of the defect is now in her and what are the alternate things doneto fix it..dont take chances..report this to her doctor..
