Is There Any Connection Between Bradycardia And Headaches, and What Is The Treatment?

I am a 51 year old male. A recent ECG indicated that I have Sinus Bradycardia. My heart rate per that ECG was 46/min. I am quite active and play Table-tennis at a competitive level. For the past 5-6 years, I have been suffering from headaches, which has been diagnosed as migraine. Often times I wake up in the middle of the night with a severe headache. Intense exercise also seems to produce headaches although about 3-4 hours after play. I have stopped consumption of alcohol and cheese. I take Naratrex (a triptan) whenever I get a headache, which is about once in 4-5 days. My health reports are normal ... lipid, sugar, BP etc.
Is there any connection between Bradycardia and the headaches? What course of treatment do you recommend?

A resating heart rate slower than 60 beats a minute may be normal for some people particular in trained athletes, and now about your migraine headache. According to your symptoms we can say it is vatpittaj headache in ayurveda. It is aggravated because of your excessive exercise, so you start head message regularly or just before exercise it will give some relaxation to you, but you need particular treatment to get cured. I suggest you to go for navya, basti treatment in ayurveda.
