Hello dr I am 34 years mail ..ido masturbation on regular basis from last seven or eight years ...twice or thrice in a day..without doing masturbation I could not sleep..three to four year I am also suffering from lower back pain. .is it related to masturbation. .plz help me out thanks

It is not related to masturbation but you are having psycho logical problem for which you should go for counselling.
