Is There Any Connection With The Crackling Sound Between My Throat And High Stress?

I get a crackling sound like a pressure release type sound after swelling especially when living down in bed.! But also get it standing up . Almost kind a bubbling sound between my throat and sinus cavity. Only lasts for a couple of seconds. Sounds like some kind of pressure equalizing going on. Noticed this started after a pressure type sensation I got in my throat area, when I got stressed out at bank one day when I discovered someone had stollen my bank card and some money out of my bank account. I was arguing with teller cause she said it couldnt happen . But later admitted it did. Since that day I noticed this kind of haywire thing going on with my throat. What is it and any connection to that HIGH stressed event?

I would say it's not anything you need to worry about. yes, it might be related to stress. just avoid stress. check out with some Local ENT specialist to rule out any lesion.
