Is There Any Diet Plan To Cure Tinnitus?

I have tinnitus & understand there is a doctor in England who has a diet that has cured someone in the States. do you know what this diet is? Apparently it is all vegetables & fruit which have to be eaten daily. Thank you for your help. Mary Finch

Hello,

There is not a specific diet to relieve tinnitus.

I would only suggest you to avoid caffeine and salt which can trigger the symptoms.

I would also recommend to avoid saturated fats in the diet.
