i have undergone with an medical abortion at the age of 5 w 4 days baby. after 7 days & 21 days i have taken ultra sound scan for RPOC. the scan report states that no RPOC , 10 MM , SLIGHTLY THICKENED AND HETROGENEOUS - ? CLOT.
iS THERE ANY RISK FACTOR FOR ENDOMETRIUM CANCER?

There is no risk of endometrial cancer at all.
Latest USG finding only shows slightly thickened endometrium.It need clinical correlation.It is important to know about history of bleeding/spotting.
Slightly thickened and heterogeneous endometrium may be due to clot.There are no retained products of conception (RPOC).
You should consult gynecologist.
