Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of your semen analysis report is as follows:
The physical characters- volume of 3 ml, pH of 8, grey color, liquefaction time of 30 minutes are within normal limits.
The sperm count of 108 million per ml is also within normal limits. The sperm count should be atleast 20 million per ml.
The sperms should have progressive motility of 50%.
In your case the motility is 60% which is within normal limits.
Morphology of more than 8% sperms is also within normal limits.

Thus, your semenanalysis report is within normal limits.
