Is There Any Doctor Available To Analyse This Report?

The USG report suggest that my liver is borderline enlarged in size (15.1 cm). Liver shows normal contour and diffuse increase in echopattern. IMPRESSION- Borderline hepatomegaly with fatty change.
What does this mean and now what follow-up action would you suggest please.

Borderline hepatomegaly with fatty change is due to deposition of fat within the liver cells.It is a reversible condition.It is important to know lipid profile.
You need proper clinical examination and investigations.
Investigations include routine hemogram,RBS(Random blood sugar),Lipid profile,Renal function test,Liver function test,Viral markers,Ultrasound of abdomen.Further investigations can be done if needed.
Proper treatment depend upon clinical findings and investigation reports.
You should increase your physical activity and avoid fatty food.
Avoid red meat and high fat milk products.
