Is There Any Doctor Available To Analyse This Report?

Just had an EKG to see if I was ok to go through with some "diet" plans - my EKG read minor inferior repolarization disturbance, consider ischemia, or aspecific change. It also reads flat or low negative T in aVF with negative T in III as well as Borderline ECG. Can you tell me if I should be alarmed and if it's necesary to go see a Cardiologist right away? I have not had chest pains or experiencing any abnormal feelings... I am currently doing the hcg weight loss plan and have lost 18lbs in the last 3wks. Previous to the hcg I worked out at the gym 3-4 days a week and didn't experience any chest pains. Thanks for your advice.

HI THANKS FOR POSTING YOUR QUERY.
FIRST OF ALL LET ME CLARIFY TO YOU THAT INTERPRETATIONS MADE ON ECG REPORT ARE MACHINE GUIDED AND THAT THEY ARE NOT ALL FINAL IMPRESSIONS.THEY ALL NEED FURTHER EVALUTION.
ALL RESULTS HAVE TO BE CLINICALLY CORRELATED.
MANY OF THESE REPORTS ARE FALSE POSITIVES(REPRESENT DISEASE STATE WHEN ACTUALLY HEALTHY).
FLAT OR LOW NEGATIVE T WAVES IN LEAD III WITH INFERIOR REPOLARIZATION CHANGES ARE QUITE COMMON FINDINGS IN THE GENERAL POPULATION .THEY REPRESENT NORMAL VARIANTS.
THIS REPORT OF YOUR EKG READING BORDERLINE CAN TAKEN AS "RELATIVELY NORMAL " AFTER CORRELATING YOUR CLINICAL STATUS.
YOU SEEM TO FOLLOW QUITE A GOOD HEALTH PLAN.
SINCE YOU CURRENTLY DO NOT HAVE ANY CHEST SYMPTOMS,YOU CAN BE HIGHLY REST ASSURED.
YOUR CURRENT WORKOUTS ARE EXCELLENT AND YOU RUN LOW/NIL RISK OF HEART DISEASE IN NEXT 5 -10YEARS IN THE ABSENCE OF CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASE RISK FACTORS.
FOLLOW UP WITH SEMIANNUAL EKG'S.CONSIDER 2-DIMENSIONAL ECHOCARDIOGRAPHY ALONG WITH EKG AFTER 6-12 MONTHS.
MAINTAIN NORMAL LEVELS OF CHOLESTEROL,BY ASSESSING YOUR YEARLY BLOOD LIPID LEVELS CHECK UP FOR A HEALTHY HEART.

CONCLUSION:
VERY LOW RISK TO NORMAL EKG.NEEDS FOLLOW UP.

TAKE CARE.THANK YOU.
