i am sumathi my uterus measured7.3*3.0*3.4cm endometrial thickness measured 8.4mm right ovary measured 3.2*1.5 a dominant follicle measured 1.6*1.3cm seen in the right ovary left ovary measured 3.1*1.3cm no free fluid in the pod i am waitng for pregnant so i want to know all are normal to me i could get concive

According to reports you have absolutely normal findings.
Uterus is normal in size.
Endometrial thickness is also normal.It varies with the stage of menstrual cycle.
Both ovaries appears normal in size and there is dominant follicle in right ovary measuring 1.6 X 1.3 cm.
There is no free fluid in POD.
