doctor what that my 2 years old problem having pus and red blood cells tntc in lab result no ova found,with claiming for pain for almost 2 weeks.his counsin diagnose of amebiasis but it comes the lab result of my son no ova found the doctor confused and expected that he also had that amebiasis.

Hello and welcome to HCM,
I presume that you have posted a stool test report.
The stool report is showing presence of red blood cells and pus cells.
Presence of pus cells and red blood cells suggests infection and presence of blood in stools.
Amoebiasis does cause shedding of cyst in stool since it does not form cyst or ova.
The organism is shed as it is in the stools.
A diagnosis of amoebiasis must be based on identification of amoebae in the stools.
You need to consult your doctor for prescription of anti-amoebic medication.
