Hi Docor,

Thank you for your question on HCM.by your ECG report it is clear cut of having right sided heart problem. Right Ventricular Hyperyrophy (RVH) is due to strain on right heart muscle. Due to stretching they damage the conduction system of right side, cause partial RBBB (Right Bundle Branch Block). Right sided heart disease are commonly seen with lung diseases like COPD, Asthma, Cor Pulmonale, ILDs etc.in these lung diseases pulmonary artery pressures are raised and this cause back pressure in right ventricle and cause the RVH. Sometimes congenital valvular heart disease can also cause such things. So better to get done 2D Echo.
