I was told to start follicular study on 14th day and results are:
RT Ovary -> f1: 7X7 mm, irregular
LT Ovary -> f1: 10X12 mm
Endomterium thickness - 7 mm
Free Fluid in POD
Does this mean ovulation has already happened? Any chances of conceiving in this cycle?

There are chances of ovulation.Ovulation is indicated by presence of free fluid in POD and irregularity in right ovary.
Maximum chances of pregnancy is within 24-48 hours,so you should plan unprotected intercourse within this period(multiple times).
After intercourse female should lie on the bed for at least 15 mins with folded hips so that sperm ascend within the female genital tract.
