Is There Any Doctor Available To Analyse This Report?

I recently got an mri for my back and it stated "Questionable bilateral extrarenal pelvises" My back doctor did not mention this at all, but I asked for a copy of my results and found this as one of the impressions and wondering if I should be concerned about this?

Hi,
Thanks for writing in to us.

Bilateral extra renal pelvis means that the collecting system of the kidney on both kidneys are bulging outwards. This is harmless but it may be recorded so that you are not misguided in future. You may get an ultrasound scan done for the kidneys for double confirmation.
