Is There Any Doctor Available To Analyse This Report?

Hi, Today was my 12th day of cycle. I have undergone follicular study on 9th and 12th day. Here are the details: Day of cycle :9th : Right Ovary -8.4 X 6mm , Left Ovary - 12.4 X 12mm, endometrium - 4.2mm Day of Cycle : 12th :Right Ovary - 8.4X6mm , Left Ovary - 15X13.7mm ,endometrium - 5.2mm the follicular study for 2 more days 14th and 16th is still due. In today s study the doctor has mentioned marginal echo . What does that mean? Is this normal? Please suggest

Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

Your follicular study is absolutely normal.
There are two dominant follicles one in each ovary and it is developing well.Probably left ovarian follicle will take part in ovulation and it will be available for fertilization.
Ovulation will be indicated by minimal fluid in POD.
Endometrial thickness is also normal.
You should plan unprotected intercourse within 24-48 hours of ovulation for maximum chances of fertilization.
After intercourse female should lay down in bed with folded hips and knees for 15 mins so that sperm can move inside the female genital tract easily.
