Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM,
The urine culture report suggests presence of infection in the urinary tract.
The ultrasound of the prostate is showing compression of urethra by prostate.
Probably the prostate is enlarged and is pressing on the urethra.
This compression can lead to stasis and infection.
You are already taking antibiotic for infection.
You also need to get some tests relating to prostate- PSA levels.
A digital examination of the prostate is required and biopsy may also be required.

Thanks and take care
