Hello I am 34 years old female 4 2 height 78 kg weigh . I find very bad smell during sex and went for test HVS gram stain test result shows numerous gram positive inteacellular and extracellular cocci are present what should I do and what will be the treatment for this

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of the vaginal smears suggests:
Normally, lactobacillus, a rod shaped bacteria is present in the vaginal flora.
Lactobacilli prevent growth of other pathogenic bacteria.
Bad odor suggests infection.
The presence of gram positive intracellular and extracellular cocci and absence of lactobacilli suggests bacterial vaginosis.
Bacterial vaginosis is infection with cocci.
You need to consult your gynecologist for antibiotic treatment.
