Is There Any Doctor Available To Interpret This Report?

hello doc my query 2 u is its my second c-section pregnancy , i m 35 weeks pregnant... n in my recent ultrasound has detected 2 abnormalities
1. single loop of chord around neck region
2. scar thickness measuring 3.7 mm

plz advice me whether i should go for immediate surgery or else i can wait 4 few more weeks...

You can wait for 4 more weeks.
Single loop around fetal neck means umbilical cord is wrapped once around the neck of fetus.
There are chances that it will unwind with advancement of pregnancy.
Even if it doesn't unwind,normal delivery is possible with single loop.If it causes fetal compromise then cesarean section can be done.

You have adequate scar thickness.The minimum thickness is 3-4 mm.Besides thickness other criteria are homogeneity,blood supply,shape of scar etc.If these are normal then there shouldn't be any problem in delivery.
