2. Bilateral hilar congestion seen: this is a non specific sign and can be seen in conditions like infection, allergy, viral pneumonia, pulmonary edema where the blood vessels in hilum are engorged.
3. Both costo - phrenic angles are clear: this means there is no abnormal fluid collection in chest.
4. Cardiac shadow is within normal limit: heart shadow is normal.
There is no reason to worry but the hilar congestion needs to be reviewed with you clinical problems.
