If your tpha and vdrl is negative that means you are negative for syphilis and dosent require any treatment. syphilis is venereal disease or sexually transmitted disease. TPHA means trepenoma pallidaum hemagllutination assay. it is a one of the confirmative test for trepenoma pallidum or syphillitic disease. vdrl is a same serologic test that show reactive result in syphilis disease. both the test are negative. if it comes positive that you have to start the benzyl penicillin as a treatment.
