Hello and welcome to HCM,
The prenatal tests like ultrasound, amniocentesis, CVS etc are done to look for normal development of the baby as well as to rule out any congenital anomalies.
Since the test report of CVS is normal, any congenital anomaly is ruled out.
Other parameters assessed on ultrasound are head circumference, chest circumference, crown-rump length, femur length, etc.
These measurements are done to rule out intrauterine growth restriction (IUGR).
When all parameters are within normal range IUGR is ruled out.
The normal range for these parameters is broad and some will fall near the upper limit, some in the middle and some near the lower limit.
However, all are normal.
Since, values of your baby are falling near the lower limit, it could be due to short stature.
Short stature is determined by many factors like hereditary etc.
But what is more important is that the stature is within normal limits.

Thanks and take care
