Is There Any Doctor Available To Interpret This Report?

My ultrasound results are: anteverted utreus, bulky in size, empty cavity apart from thick endometrical ehoes. No fibroid. Both ovaries are normal no adnexal masses. There was minimal fluid in the cul de sac. I had conducted CGH pregnancy test twice one +ve the other -ve. Could I be pregnant. I am almost 45 years old

Hi,
Thanks for writing in.

Your uterus is slightly bulky or enlarged in size. The ovaries are normal in size and appearance. The thick endometrial echoes may be a slight concern. The HCG test if initially positive and subsequently negative, might be false negative. Your age being 45 years does not exclude being pregnant. Please repeat tests if necessary after discussing with your doctor.
