Is There Any Doctor Available To Interpret This Report?

I have done semen test it shows volume 2 ml, viscous, PH- 7.2-8.2, totoal count 56 million/ml, Motility 68%, WBC 2-3/HPF, agglutination +, debries/Bacteria ++/Nil, after 24 hoirs % mortality is 89%,progression 1-3/4
pls guide if this is suitable for natural pregnancy , thanks

Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

Your semen analysis report suggests infection.This is indicated by the presence of pus cells,bacteria.Normally,there shouldn't be any pus cells in semen.
Infection may be due to prostatitis,UTI etc.
You need antibiotics for infection.
Other investigation like routine hemoram,RBS,Ultrasound of pelvis should be done.Trans rectal sonography of prostate can be done if needed.
Rest of the findings are normal.
You should consult your doctor.
