Is There Any Effect Of Doxycycline Pills On Laser Hair Removal?

hi i am currently on doxycycline pills for 2 months and had a laser hair removal appointment for my upper lip. should i reschedule that? and how long should i wait ?

tetracyclines are known to cause photosensitivity.Hence wait for a minimum of 10 days after your last course .

hi,
there is no relation between doxycycline and laser hair reduction. the doxycycline phototoxicity is for the UV wavelengths and the wavelengths used in laser hair reduction are no where near it. so you may safely go ahead with your appointement
