Is There Any Long Term Solution For Nasal Polyps Apart From Surgery?

Dr. Grief, I have had many nasal polyps removed regularly over the past 4 years. My recently deceased surgeon removed them in his office. He relieved my breathing problem until they grew back again. The Doctor informed me that he could operate on my nasal cavity / sinus area, but it was not a long term solution. Is there a longer term solution? Is there a Doctor or clinic that specailizes in sinus problems. I have not had a good night sleep in months because my mouth is so dry that I wake up every 30 minutes +-.

Thank You Jeff
