I was In a small laundry room grabbing something out the dryer while someone else was ironing, when I stood up the iron touched my back resulting In a scar. I have had it for a few months now since July, is there anything I can do to help the scar lighten?

there are many topical aplications available,many of which are steroids..intralesional injections of steroids also available...better to see a dermatologists for specic mode to choose.
