Hi my name is Josie I am not an alcoholic .. At church I talk to people had formor drinking and need vitamin to take so they wont have cravings...I read a book on chineese herbs Dr.gave vitamin for drug addition..study and no longer curve drugs but what about alcoholics...

There are medicines It's Better to join alcohol.anonymous group and consult a psychiatrist . Self med won t help.much
