Is There Any Medication To Treat Lung Fibrosis?

My wife is suffering lung fibrosis since 15 years. However no medicine has been taken as Doctor told there is no medicine ,by this medicine may be inventedand in the market. It is understood from some source that one medicine named " Serracor-NK" available in market. In short my question- Is there any medication now ?
