I would suggest you to consult good general surgeon and discuss about the surgery reason for the relapse could be weak abdominal muscle or increased intra abdominal pressure or inadequate surgery. Surgery with proper preoperative assessment and use of mesh(Synthetic or biologic) should be successful. Other than surgery if hernia is small you can use hernia truss, which keep hernia in it s place.
