Is there any medicine that actually works for weight loss with PCOS? I've only lost 14lbs in a whole year and 85% of the year i've been food prepping with portioned sizes, mostly chicken or ground turkey, veggies, and IF I add carbs, its whole grain/whole wheat rice or pasta, no more than a cup a day. Now my daughters iron is low and i'm going to have to add red meat into the food again. Seriously, is there actually a solution?
