Is There Any Natural Treatment To Heal ASO Of 983.5 In The Blood?

Sir, Good afternoon, beg to say," Two years back It is found in my blood investigation that there was ASO containing 983.5 and was advises by our doctor to take Penedial- 6 lakh injection weekly once . After taking injectin for 6 months that ASO factor had decreased below 200 and hence no further injectin was continued. Presently in blood investigation is is found again ASO Positive (without numbers). Please advise me what to do . Whether I will go for same injection as said above ?. Is there any natural treatment i.e food habit, excercise, aurbedic medicine etc are there for treatment ?"

Thanks for asking.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. ASO titres are antibody titres to streptococcal infection.
2. More amount means, there is possibility of injury due to these antibodies. When it was high, it needed to be reduced as these antibodies can cause injury to heart and joints.
3. Antibodies are going to be present for life and you need not worry about. ASO will always be positive. However, it wont harm you in low titre. Look at the quantity. Improving nutritional diet with moderate exercises would improve your immune system and also the cardiac and joint function, thereby limiting any possible damage.
