Is There Any Non-surgical Treatment For Slipped Disc?

Hi Doctor, This is Jitesh Arora from Gurgaon (27 Yrs) and I am suffering from my backache & legs pain. After MRI I have come to know that I have Disk Slip problem (L4-L5 & L5-S1). Now Doctors are suggesting me for surgery. But I am afraid about it wether it sucessful or not? Or is there any other nonsurgical treatment for it? Please suggest me best for the same.
