Is There Any Ointment To Cure A Hemorrhoid?

Hi there, I’m experiencing really bad pain within my stool, I believe it’s a hemorrhoid but I’m not 100% sure. I have had this problem before & it has lasted a while but it always seems to come back. I am curious if there’s a cream I can purchase in order to help this & cure it. Also, would it heal on its own & is it dangerous to do so. Thank you!
