Is There Any Other Medicament Rather Than Tramadol For Treating Back Ache, Fever?

hi doc,i'm having a back ache,fever(chill),nausea,problem cause by drug which i tries to get rid of,i go to the doctor n he prescribe me tramadol,but every time i take these pills,my stomach hurt,it makes me go to bathroom like every 1 hours,it makes my stomach growl,is there an alternate medicine for my problem?ty

Hi , I think you can try taking local analgesic gel /ointment for your backache. In case you require oral painkillers you can try taking NSAIDS instead of taking Tramadol . Hope it helps.
