sir ihave been suffering from sevior suffocation from nearly two years a e.n.t specialist have concluded that its a fourth grade acute adinoitis and said that an operation is the only way can you give a second option

Hi,

Yes, adenoiditis does cause such problems. It could be of an infective or an allergic origin. Surgery is the definitive treatment for adenoids if it is there since a long time.
