Is There Any Other Way Except Shaving To Get Rid Of Leg Hair ?

So, I'm 14 and my mom says I can't shave my legs, like EVER. And well Sometimes I don't notice the hair, but other times in the sun, it's VERY noticeable. And I keep asking her but she and my dad won't let me. My mom doesn't shave her legs and her mom before that didn't shave her legs. I just don't want to get made fun of if somehow someone finds out. Is there something out there, without shaving , that will make my leg hair less noticable?
