Good morning madam I can fairly understand the pain of malignancy, how agonizing it is, well if you are not satisfied with the current medication, you can switch over to OPIODs after consulting you oncosurgeon, however, this shift of medicine may cause dizziness and sleepiness, and eventually may lead to confusing regarding invasion of the tumor intra cranially, so before shifting over the medicines please do consult your oncosurgeon.
