ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello

welcome in H.C.M.

I have gone through your query regarding vertigo. I would like to tell you that vertigo is a self limiting disease and our internal ear has got power of compensation. this may be augmented by few vestibular rehabilitation exercises which are quite effective in restoring balance mechanism.

As for as medicines are concern you may take-

1- Caroverine.

2- Ginkobilova.

3- Cinnarzine.

But if all above conservative method fails than only surgical mode is chosen like-Decompression of sac.

I think your query is answered.

Regards.
