Is There Any Possibility Of Getting Problem With Chocolate Cyst?

hello doctor, i got married before 1 and a half year. My age is 26.I havent conceived yet. when checked with doctor, i went through follicular study. at the end of cycle, follicle are growing but none produced egg. so doctor said it might be because of chocolate cyst and she advised me to take Duphaston now for 20 days.then let us check and go for laprascopic surgery.Do I have chances of getting pregnant while going under this medication?Is laprascopic surgery a major one?can you please advise me.
