General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

If the fibroid is asymptomatic or if bleeding controlled by medication then no need for urgent hysterectomy.

It can be planned whenever suitable for you. But left ovary growth needs to be investigated by ultrasonography of abdomen and pelvis.

Kindly attach the report to check it. In the case of Benign cystic lesion of the ovary, no need to worry and just monitoring will be enough.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
